What Is The Process?
Book an appointment for your initial fitting and to establish the style which you require. (We strongly advise that just the bride and groom come to this appointment)
Once your outfit has been chosen and you wish to proceed with your order then all other party members need to arrange their fittings for measurements. (This again will be by appointment only)
All members of the party need to have had their fittings at least 12 weeks prior to the event date.
Once all members have been in and measured then a deposit of 50% of the total order is required prior to any orders being placed by GENTS Formal Wear.
Once the suits arrive you will be contacted to arrange collection, This should be within 2 weeks of being contacted.
Final balance will be required on collection of your suits.
All party members MUST have tried their full outfit on and notified GENTS of any discrepancies within 48 hours of collection.
What Happens If I Lose/Gain Weight After My Measurements Have Been Taken?
Unfortunately as the suits are order based on the sizes which you have been measured for and have tried on in store then these are the sizes which will be supplied.
It may be possible to order additional items from our supplier but this would need to be confirmed at the time if it would be possible and would incur an addition cost.
Do You Supply Children's Suit's?
We are able to get children's suit's in our hire range (Tailcoats, Prince Edward) to match the adult hire outfits. Unfortunately we do not supply children's suit's in our purchase range to match the lounge suit's.
Suit Package Size Range?
All of our Lounge & Tweed Suits are available in size's 34" Chest up to a 52" Chest only. These are all a Regular Fit.
We have a recommend seamstress for which Adjustments/Tailoring could be carried out. This would involve visiting her premises and would incur an addition cost paid directly to her.
